In case you missed it - Okuru now accepts Google Pay and Apple Pay in the Gift Card App.
But we wanted to take a moment to share why this matters to us, and to you.
When you send a gift card through Okuru, you're trusting us with something important - a moment you want to feel special. That's why we take security seriously at every step.
Here's what that looks like in practice:
· Google Pay and Apple Pay use tokenisation, meaning your real card details are never exposed
· Every transaction is protected by device authentication (Face ID, fingerprint, or PIN)
· Okuru never stores your payment credentials.
We are proud to be building a gifting platform that feels as safe as it is thoughtful.
If you haven't tried the new checkout yet, we'd love for you to.
